Machine Configuration / Profile

The typical configuration of the Classic tile roofing roll forming machine includes the following components:

• Decoiler/uncoiler to hold and feed metal coils
• Sheet guiding equipment to ensure precise, straight feeding into the rollers
• Roll forming section: typically 12 – 20 roller stations that progressively form the metal sheet into a tile profile
• PLC control system + HMI touchscreen, allowing programmable operation for sheet length, quantity, and profile adjustments
• Hydraulic or servo driven cutting system to trim sheets to preset lengths
• Output table / stacker for finished roofing sheets

This configuration allows fully automatic operation: feeding, forming, cutting, and stacking with minimal manual intervention. The machine accommodates a wide variety of metal tile profiles, using materials such as GI, GL, PPGI, PPGL or aluminum, including Classic tile, Master tile, Ruby tile, Roman tile, Nosen tile, Wood tile, Nuou tile, Aspirant tile, PVDF tile, Modern tile, Nopad tile, along with additional customized profiles upon request.

This flexibility allows manufacturers to offer a broad product range without needing entirely separate machines for each profile type, they can simply change the roll set (mold) according to demand.
