      Z purlins or zed purlins is a purlin with a Z-shaped cross-section, horizontal beams that are designed to form the roof and wall joists of a building shell structure.
      They sit between the roofing sheets and the building, acting as a support for the sheet to ensure it is firmly attached and safely in place.
      What is Z purlin used for?
      The strong point of Z-purlin is the ability to overlap to create a stable bond under higher loads than C-shaped purlins. As a result, they are often used more often in designs of roofs, trusses, factories, civil houses, etc.
